无锡市新区社区人群高血压流行特征及认知行为调查分析

Investigation on epidemiological characteristics and awareness behavior of hypertension among community population in Wuxi New District

目的了解社区人群高血压的流行现状,分析患者的认知行为特征,为开展高血压的社区预防控制提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样对35岁以上常住居民共20 843人进行调查。结果高血压总患病率为39.02%,且随着年龄的增长逐渐上升,体重超标者患高血压的危险性是正常人群的2倍左右,高血压患者的知晓率、治疗率与控制率分别为56.01%、53.04%与18.81%。结论无锡市新区社区人群高血压患病率高、上升速度快,知晓率、治疗率与控制率低的现状已对社区人群的健康构成了威胁,开展社区综合性防治是今后工作的重点。

Objective To understand the current epidemiological status among community population and analyze the awareness behavior characteristics of hypertension patients, for providing basis for preventing and controlling hypertension in community. Methods A total of 20 843 inhabitants aged 35 years and over were investigated with multistage stratified cluster random sampling. Results The over- all prevalence of hypertension was 39.02 % and increased with age. The hypertensive odds ratio among overweight population was 2 or so than among normal population. The awareness, treatment and control rates were 56.01% ,53.04% and 18.81% respectively. Conclusions The status of high prevalence, fast rising speed, low awareness, treatment and control rate of hypertension have posed a threat to health among the community population in Wuxi New District. To develop the comprehensive community prevention and treatment is the focus of the future work.
