摘要
将基于分级规划的工艺决策子任务分解与求解策略、推理策略、知识管理策略与黑板推理方法中的多任务协同工作原理相结合,构造了基于分级规划与黑板推理的工艺决策模型.系统在进行工艺决策时,根据领域黑板上的零件信息与其他工艺决策初始化信息,通过总控模块和控制黑板的控制,依次调用与各子任务相关的工艺决策规则、数据和函数对各子任务进行求解或推理,并将推理结果依次填入领域黑板或环境黑板,直至各子任务全部执行完为止,环境黑板上所记录的即是当前零件的工艺设计结果.
A process planning model is developed combing the strategies of task dividing and task solving, the strategies of reasoning and knowledge management with the multi task coordination principles used in blackboard reasoning. When the system makes process decisions, it calls the process decision rules, data and functions to solve all sub tasks step by step until all these sub tasks are executed according to parts information and other initialized process decision in the domain blackboard, under control of global control module and control blackboard. The resolving or inferring results are recorded in the domain blackboard or the environment blackboard. The records in the environment blackboard are the process plan for the current part.
