摘要
在利用单自由度啮合原理推导出径向剃齿刀齿面方程的基础上,提出了一种径向剃齿刀最小宽度求解方法.采用弦截法计算出刀具各端截面所对应的被剃齿轮齿面上的剃削痕迹的参数值,根据各参数的物理意义及其取值范围可反推出径向剃齿刀轴截面的极限位置,两个极限位置坐标之差即为径向剃齿刀最小理论宽度.考虑到径向剃齿刀的加工特点,给出了径向剃齿刀实际宽度的计算方法.
Using the profile equation of plunge shaving cutter deduced from the gear engagement theory for one degree of freedom, a method used to calculate the minimum width of a plunge shaving cutter is presented. The secant method is used to calculate the parameters of shaved traces in the profile of gear shaved by different sections perpendicular to the axis of the cutter. Based on the physical meaning and the range of the parameters, the maximum and minimum positions of sections on the axis of the cutter can be yielded. The difference between the two sections in coordinate is the minimum width of the plunge shaving cutter. Considering the manufacture feature of the cutter, its practical width can be obtained.
