摘要 通过对一种新型传热元件——弹性管束的传热试验研究发现:诱导振动加强了传热管周围的流体的扰动而达到强化传热的目的.当来流Re<400时,管外对流换热系数较固定单管提高3倍以上.在换热器的不同高度上的弹性管束,换热能力随诱振方式不同而存在差异. A new method is provided to enhance the outside heat transfer coefficient of circular tubes by flow induced vibration. In the experiment, a novel heat transfer element elastic coiled tube bundles are examined which could constantly keep vibrating in crossflow of water under extremely low velocity. It is concluded that within the scope of very low Re number (less than 400), the outside heat transfer coefficient ones could be 3 times than fixed smooth ones. Meantime, the heights of the examined tube bundles in the heat exchanger have great influence on their heat transfer ability, the higher are the bundles, the less the heat transfer coefficient.
