Simple practical non contact optical method for measuring external diameter

提出一种简单实用的光学非接触外径测量方法；主要仪器设备只需一台Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光器、一台测长仪（如阿贝比长仪）及一块数字万用表．该方法具有装置简单、操作方便、测量速度快、重复性好、定位精度高等特点．对Φ１０～Φ２００ｍｍ的一系列标准塞规及轴承外环的测量结果表明其定位精度优于２μｍ．

A simple practical non contact optical method for measuring external diameter is proposed. The main instruments included are He Ne laser, length measuring apparatus (for instance Abbe comparator) and digital multimeter. This method has the features of simple and easy operation, fast measurement, good repeatability and high precision of position. The measurements for a series of standard plug gauges and outer ring of the bearings with diameters from 10 to 200 mm show a good precision of position better than 2 μm.
