摘要
以数控铣、滚齿复合机床主轴系统为研究对象,推导出带负载电动机的机电耦合数学模型。利用SimulationX建立了机电耦合系统的虚拟样机,研究了主轴直流电动机在负载下的机械特性。通过对样机的仿真,可以准确得出机电系统的各项参数,为机床传动设计及动态性能分析提供了理论依据。
The complex NC machine tool from polar-coordinate milling and hobbing was taken as the research object to educe the electro-mechanical coupling mathematical model of motor with load. Using SimulationX, the virtual prototype of the electro-mechanical coupling system was set up to research mechanical characteristics of the spindle D.C. motor under loads. By simulating the virtual prototype, the parameters of the electro-mechanical system can be educed exactly, which offers a theoretical basis for mechanical drive design and analyzing dynamic characteristics of NC machine tool.
