摘要 通过对车铣复合加工高强度钢的不同切屑形态分析表明,随轴向进给量和切削深度的增加,切屑变长。在建立车铣切削变形模型的基础上,分析了车铣切屑的形成机理。切削层金属裂纹的周期破裂和形成是车铣切屑形成的根本原因。 In turn-milling experiment, it is found that in turn-milling machining high strength steel by the chip length increases with axial feed and cutting depth increasing. The reason is that according to the deformation coefficient decreasing with cutting thickness increasing, the chip length is lessening under the condition of the same cutting length. The mechanism of cutting deformation in turn-milling is that crack of metal in cutting layer period is taken place and formed.
