摘要
通过粗煤泥分选工艺的现状分析,提出对粗煤泥经棒磨后进行浮选的新工艺,并对某厂的粗煤泥进行了可行性试验。可行性试验结果表明,该粗煤泥经磨矿后再浮选,精煤产率达到75.22%,精煤灰分可达9.30%。
Through the analyse on the current situation separation process of coarse slime, a new floatation technology about coarse slime separation after rod milling was presented. And the feasibility experiment results showed that clean coal yield reached 75.22 % and the ash content was 9.30 %.
