摘要
提升公务员能力是我国MPA教育的定位,创新培养模式是MPA办学院校不懈追求的目标。本文试图通过建构一个层次递进的结构框架,阐释知识学习、能力训练和特色营造三者在培养过程中的逻辑关系,以期为我们提供一个MPA教育的新视角。
Improving the civil servant capacity is the orientation of China's MPA education, and innovating the relevant training models should be the unswerving pursuit goal of all the universities and schools for MPA education. By constructing a progressive framework, this paper tries to explain the logical relationship among the knowledge learning, capacity training and characteristics building in the process of education. Such model willprovide us with a new perspective of the MPA education in China.
