摘要
从分析我国节水灌溉工程技术、农业节水综合技术和节水灌溉管理技术出发，论述渠道防渗、低压管道输水灌溉、喷灌、微灌、渗灌、雨水汇集利用等节水灌溉技术措施的发展现状及存在问题，指出其适应范围和发展趋势。
Based on the analysis of three main technical measures on water saving irrigation, the development situation and existing problems of all kinds of technical measures are analysed on water savingirrigation, and scope of applicant and development trend for the consideration of policymakers and people of the same occupation.
