云南省新平彝族傣族自治县竹产业发展效益评价

Benefits Evaluation on the Development of Bamboo Industry in Xinping County of Yunnan Province

通过走访农户、实地调查对云南省新平县这一典型的山区贫困县发展特色产业——竹产业所产生的经济、社会、生态效益进行了考察,在收集大量一手、二手资料的基础上,针对其实际情况指出当地竹产业发展存在资源数量增长缓慢,管理粗放、经营水平低、林分质量普遍不高,资源发展与产品加工利用不协调、矛盾突出、不利于产业的发展等问题,提出了加大资源培植力度、扶持一大批产品加工企业、实施科技兴竹战略的对策。

Through visiting farmers and field survey, this paper investigates the benefits generated by bamboo industry which is the characteristic industry of Xinping county, a typical poverty-stricken county in mountain area of Yunnan province. Then, based on numerous collected direct data and seeondary data, this paper aims at pointing out a series of problems involved with the development of local bamboo industry, such as slow increase of resources, extensive resource management, low management level, poor forest stand, as well as conflicts between resources development and producing process. Finally, this paper proposes several new strategic countermeasures for cultivating more resources, developing more bamboo products, and implementing new strategy that take advantages of science and technology to thrive local bamboo industry.
