林权制度改革与农民生计的关系研究综述

Review on the Relationship between the Reform of Forest Property System and the Farmers' Livelihoods

综述是在对中国林权制度改革从建国到现在的发展历程进行回顾、对现存的林权制度所反映的一些问题进行描述的基础上,着重从林权制度的不合理给农民生计带来的影响、农民为了生计又是如何影响林权制度的2个方面分析了林权制度改革对农民生计的影响,并在阅读相关学者关于这方面著作的基础上,在最后的方法总结和讨论中提出自己的相关观点。本综述旨在通过对林权制度对农民生计影响的综述分析上,能够给中国当前所面临的生计和生态环境保护的冲突问题提供一定的政策建议,借此以实现经济、生态、社会的多赢。

By reviewing the history and development trends about forest property rights system reform in china, the research review contains two parts： the first part is that the unreasonable forest institution has an bad impact on the livelihoods of the farmers, the second part is that how the farmers respond to the forest institution. Finally, according to other researchers＇contribution to the topic, the writer raises her suggestion so as to support the government with some policy suggestion to solve the troublesome problems.
