摘要
目的:观察老年性白内障摘除术后对比敏感度视觉的恢复情况,并探讨影响其恢复的原因。方法:采用对照研究的方法,试验组为我院住院的老年性白内障47例(60眼),30只眼行囊外白内障摘除PMMA人工晶体植入术(A组),30只眼行超声乳化白内障吸除硅凝胶人工晶体植入术(B组)。对照组为年龄相匹配的志愿者19例30只眼(C组)。检查志愿者和患者术后3个月的最佳矫正远、近视力,屈光度数、对比敏感度。结果:最佳矫正远、近视力A、B组与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);柱镜屈光度数A组与B、C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组较大;A、B组与C组比较,对比敏感度值在高频段差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组优于A、B组;A组与B组比较,高频段差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组优于A组。结论:与自然晶体眼相比,老年性白内障摘除术后人工晶体眼的对比敏感度视觉仍具有缺陷;术后患眼的散光度数过大、人工晶体眼像差增大可能是影响患眼对比敏感度视觉恢复的原因。
Objective: To observe contrast sensitivity function recovery in post-operative senile cataract patients, and to discuss the influencing factors for recovering. Methods:Applying control investigation method, experimental group included 47 cases(60 eyes) in our hospital,30 eyes were operated ECCE+PMMA (group A) and 30 eyes were Phaco+silicon gelatum(group B) lens implantation. Control group(group C). aged matching volunteer of 19 cases 30 eyes. The patients and the volunteer were examined for their best corrected distance visual acuity, best corrected near visual acuity, refractive power and contrast sensitivity in three months postoperation. Results:As compared with the group C, there were no statistical differences between group A,B in best corrected distance visual acuity and best corrected nearvisual acuity( P〉0.05). The cylinder anisometropia was worse in group A than in group B and group C, the difference was significant( P 〈0.05). The contrast sensitivity numeric value in high frequency was significant different between group A,B and group C( P 〈0. 05),group C was superior to group A,B. There was significant difference between group A and group B in high frequency( P 〈0.05) ,group B was superior to group A. Conclusion: As compared with the physio-erystal eyes, contrast sensitivity vision was still defective in senile cataract patients. Too high astigma degree and the worse astigmatism may affect the recovery of contrast sensitivity vision .
