2型糖尿病患者肺功能改变及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者的肺功能改变及其临床意义。方法:检测120例2型糖尿病患者的肺通气功能及弥散功能,并与40例健康者进行比较。结果:2型糖尿病组患者肺通气功能及弥散功能均较正常对照组明显降低(P<0.05),有并发症组肺通气功能及弥散功能较无并发症组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者肺功能受损,肺脏是糖尿病病变的靶器官之一。
