摘要
合成一种N-甲基血卟啉,并通过紫外可见光谱、红外光谱和元素分析等手段进行表征.研究它在金属离子存在条件下甲基自由基的性质.经过细胞培养实验证明,该化合物对癌细胞有良好的杀伤作用.对白血病的抑制率可达63%以上.
N methyl hematoporphyrin was synthesized and characterized by means of UV, IR spectra and elementary analysis. The properties of the free radical, methyl of N methyl hematoporphyrin were studied in the presence of metal ions. The cell culture experiment confirmed that the compound exhibited better damaging effect on cancer cells such as S 180 , Helas and yac.
