布地奈德/福莫特罗快速缓解急性发作期哮喘患儿肺功能和临床症状观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的:作为支气管哮喘长期预防用药,文献报道布地奈德/福莫特罗也能快速缓解成人哮喘的急性发作,本研究进一步观察布地奈德/福莫特罗(信必可)是否能快速起效,有效改善急性发作期哮喘患儿的肺功能以及临床症状。方法:年龄大于6岁、符合哮喘急性发作期患儿20例,吸入布地奈德/福莫特罗2吸后分别于5、15、30 min作基础肺功能检查,肺部听诊观察哮鸣音改善情况。结果:所有患儿在吸入布地奈德/福莫特罗后30 min内肺功能得到明显改善,支气管舒张试验呈阳性,肺部哮鸣音减少,其中15例患儿在吸入布地奈德/福莫特罗后5 min内起效,另5例患儿在吸入后15 min内起效,其肺功能均得到改善,支气管舒张试验呈阳性。结论:布地奈德/福莫特罗能快速缓解急性发作期哮喘患儿肺功能和临床症状,与病情轻重、吸入剂量有关。 Objective: To investigate whether the budesonide/formoterol (Symbicort) has a quick effect on lung function in children with bronchial asthma, and alleviates the symptoms of acute attack. Methods:Twenty participants were selected according to the standard diagnosis criteria of asthma, and in the course of an acute attack. Five, Fifteen and thirty minutes after inhalation of Symbicort in 2 puffs, pulmonary function was tested and wheezing condition over lung and its improvement was observed. Results: Thirty minutes after the inhalation therapy, lung function was improved, bronchial dilation test was positive, and the wheezing sound over lung was reduced in all the cases. Among 20 children, 15 cases showed their improvement only in 5 minutes, with their lung function test improved and bronchial dilation test positive. The other 5 cases showed their improvements in 15 minutes. Conclusions :The budesonide/formoterol can be used as maintenance and reliever inhalation therapy in children with acute exacerbations of bronchial asthma.
