复方逍遥合剂药材中挥发油提取工艺研究

Optimization of Extraction Technology for Volatile Oil from Herb of Compound Xiaoyao Oral Solution

目的：优选复方逍遥合剂药材中挥发油的提取工艺。方法：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取复方逍遥合剂药材中的挥发油。应用L9（3^4）正交实验以挥发油提出量为考察指标，以水蒸气蒸馏前浸泡时间、加水量及提取时间为考察因素，优选了最佳工艺条件。结果：提取时间对挥发油的提取有极显著影响（P〈0．01），蒸馏前浸泡时间、加水量无显著影响（P〉0．05），最佳提取条件为提取4h、浸泡30min、加水量6倍。结论：结合生产的实际情况，优选出的提取工艺条件合理、可行、提取效率高。

Objective：To optimize the extraction process of Compound Xiaoyao Oral Solution. Methods： An orthogonal test design with L9 （3^4） table was used to test the three main factors of distillation process, including extracting time, socking time, the quantity of water, taking the extracted amount of volatile oil as indicator. Results： The results showed that the extracting time have significant influence on the extraction of volatile oil （ P 〈 0.01 ） and the soaking time and the quantity of water has less influence on it （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The best condition was 4 hours＇ extraction, soak of 30 minutes, 6 times water of the herb quantity. Conclusions： Considering the demand of manufacture, the extraction condition was rational, practical and effective.
