土地利用变化及其驱动力研究——以辽宁省葫芦岛市为例

A Study of Land Use Change and Its Driving Force——Taking Huludao City as an Example

以1997-2005年葫芦岛市土地变更数据为依据,从变化幅度、变化速度和变化程度三个方面分析土地利用的变化,通过AHP分析法结合相关统计数据判断土地利用变化的驱动力,结果表明:建设用地的增加幅度最大,其中递增率最大的是连山区,土地利用程度提高最快的是龙港区,这与各个区县的基础情况和发展因素是相互联系的,这些驱动因子中,经济增长的驱动最为主要。

Based on the data of land use change in Huludao City from 1997 to 2005, this paper analyzes land use change m terms of change extent, velocity and degree and judges the driving-force of land use change through AHP and statistical data. The results indicate that land for construction use increases most, especially in Lianshan District, and that the highest land use level is at Longgang District, which has a link to the basic conditions and development factors of these districts and counties. Of the driving forces economic growth is the most important.
