县域工业用地效率与产业结构优化研究——基于江苏省金坛市718家工业企业的实地调查

On Efficiency of Industrial Land and Optimization of Industrial Structure at County Level——Based on investigations of 718 factories in Jiangsu Province

通过对江苏省金坛市规模工业企业土地利用状况的调查,以工业用地面积和产值为依据,利用工业用地比较生产率和单位产值用地水平两个指标,分析了金坛市工业用地结构效率和规模的变化趋势,得出的产业结构优化对策是:①尧塘镇和指前镇的工业用地效率较高,在今后的产业用地调整中可以优先考虑;②金坛市今后应优先发展纺织、食品等行业,对电子、冶金和化工等行业需要优化发展,以不断提高金坛市的工业用地效率,促进产业升级转型。

Through investigations of land use of 718 factories in Jintan County, Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzes the change trend of land use structure efficiency and scale using comparative productivity and unit output land cost, based on area and output of industrial land, and elicits some countermeasures for industrial structure optimization. First,efficiency of industrial land use is better in Yaotang Town and Zhiqian Town, therefore priority should be given to these two towns in adjustment of industrial land use. Second, n the future development of Jintan County, industries of textile and food should be developed preferentially, and industries of electronics, metallurgy and chemistry should be improved, in order to increase efficiency of industrial land and promote industrial upgrading and transition in Jintan County.
