Organization and Management of Geological Work in New Period

新时期地质工作与计划经济时期的传统地质工作相比,在服务对象、体制机制、工作内容、服务深度广度都发生了根本性的变化。因此,要求地质工作组织管理也应作相应的转变。从分析总结这一系列转变入手,对新时期地质管理工作和应遵从的地质工作客观规律进行讨论和阐述。

Compared with the traditional geological work in the period of planned economy, geological work in the new period has had fundamental changes in terms of service object, institutional mechanism, tasks, and scope and depth of service, which necessitates change in the organization and management of geological work. Based on a summary of the changes, this paper discusses and expounds the geological work in the new period and the objective laws in the work to be followed.
