摘要
在对我国矿山环境治理历程进行了简要回顾的基础上,探寻了当前矿山环境治理存在的问题,从落实科学发展观的角度,提出一些符合客观实际和可操作性的政策建议,为实现经济社会的可持续发展提供理论上的指导,为监督管理提供"指标",为实际操作提供"指南"。
Based on a summary of mining environmental harnessing in China, this paper discusses the problems in present mining environmental harnessing and proposes some feasible suggestions from the perspective of carrying out the viewpoint of scientific development, providing theoretical guidance for realizing sustainable economic and social development and ＂index＂ for the management and ＂guidance＂ for the actual operation.
