武汉市城市土地集约利用政策效果分析与改进研究

Effect Analysis and Improvement Research of Intensive Urban Land Use Policy in Wuhan City

构建合理的城市土地集约利用政策体系,不仅可以弥补现有研究中土地集约利用所需环境与政策联系的缺乏,也对城市土地集约利用和可持续发展具有重要的现实指导意义。武汉市处于城市化进程快速发展时期,对其所采取的土地集约利用政策进行了研究,并对政策实施效果进行了分析和评价,最后针对存在的主要问题,提出了一些改进建议。

Constructing a rational policy system of intensive urban land use not only bridges the gap between the conditions for intensive land use and the policy, but also has important practical guiding significance for intensive and sustainable development of urban land use. According to the practical situation that a city encounters in the process of rapid urbanization, the government of Wuhan City has taken some effective policies and measures for intensive land use. This paper studies systemically the policies of intensive urban land use in Wuhan City, analyzing and evaluating the effect of policy implementation. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the solution of main problems.
