摘要
研究了35CrMo钢大型叶轮的热处理工艺.根据35CrMo钢叶轮的工作条件、失效形式和性能要求,分析了叶轮失效的主要原因,通过设计合理的热处理工艺,提高叶轮的力学性能.结果表明:采用860℃油淬、450℃回火和860℃油淬、200℃回火后,显微组织明显细化,力学性能得到提高.
The heat Treatment technology of 35CrMo steel impeller is studied in this paper.According to working conditions,failure modes and property requirements of 35CrMo steel impeller,the main failure causes of 35CrMo steel impeller are analyzed.By improving the heat treatment technology,the mechanical properties of impeller is prolonged.The result shows that microstructures is clearly fined and mechanical properties are improved with 860 ℃ oil quenching and 450 ℃ temper,and then 860 ℃ oil quenching and 200 ℃ temper.
