摘要 设计服装绘图仪绘图介质传动系统和卷纸轴收放纸系统.对传动绘图介质的橡胶压轮进行受力分析和结构改进设计.采用高精度钢刺滚轮作为送纸器,以提高传动精度,减小误差.重点研究钢刺滚轮的直径误差对走纸偏斜的影响.总结出钢刺滚轮是绘图仪最关键的零部件,其直径误差和装配误差将直接影响绘图精度. This paper introduces the design of the transmission paper system and controlling system of the coiling paper shaft of the Apparel Plotter. Mechanics analysis and constructure ameliorations design for the rubber-press-wheel which transmits the paper are proposed. By using high precision steel-string-wheel as deliver-paper-implement can improve transmission precision and reduce error. The paper transmission deflective error caused by the diameter error of steel-string-wheel is emphasized. The result shows that the steel-string-wheel is the most important part of the plotter. Its diameter error and assemble error would affect plot precision directly.
