社会适应是青少年个体社会化的目标之一。在影响社会适应的众多因素中,人格因素在其中起着重要的作用。个体的竞争性是人格特质的一个方面,它从三个方面影响着青少年的社会适应。一是积极的竞争态度可以提高社会适应的主动性;二是良好的竞争意识是社会适应的认知前提;三是正确的竞争策略决定社会适应的效果。青少年正是人格塑造和完善的重要时期,无论是学校还是家长,应该抓住时机通过多种渠道多个途径培养青少年良好的竞争性人格。

One of the purposes on adolescent socialization is social adaptation.As one of the factors,personality has a crucial effect on social adaptation,which can be divided into three aspects： positive attitude of competition could improve the proactively of social adaptation,competing consciousness is the cognitive basis of social adaptation and its efficiency relies on the correct competitive strategy.Multiple route of fostering competitive personality is crucial to the press of the adolescent social adaptation.
