摘要 应用X射线衍射K值法对荧光体微波辐射合成产物相Y2O2S∶Eu3+进行定量相分析研究,参考物相采用α-Al2O3.结果表明:在测定范围内最大相对偏差约2.4%.此法快速、简便、实用。 X ray diffration K value’s method was applied to the phase quantitative analysis of Y 2O 2S∶Eu 3+ phosphors synthesized by microwave irradiation method, using α Al 2O 3 as the reference phase. The experimental result shows that this method’s maximum relative deviation is about 2 4% and which has many advantages such as quickness, simplicity and practicality, is of great value to choose the optimal control parameters for microwave synthesis technique and to study the process of microwave synthestic chemistry.
