电石渣-石膏法是一种符合"以废治废、循环经济"精神的新兴脱硫工艺,制备浓度与粒径分布合适的电石渣浆液是该工艺的关键。将均质器运用到电石渣的化渣流程中,分散化渣过程产生的团聚物、细化浆液中的固体颗粒,从而使整个流程更加顺畅。

The carbide slag-gypsum technology was new process for sulfur removal conformed to the spirit of treating waste with waste and circulation economy. The key point of the process was preparation of the carbide slurry with proper concentration and size distribution. The homogenizer was applicated in the dissolution section of carbide slag for distributing the agglomeration occurred and refining solid particles in slurry, which makes the whole course more smoothly.
