家兔可复性输卵管硅橡胶塞绝育术后输卵管的形态学观察

Studies on Morphology of the Tuba Uterina in the Rabbits After the Rever sibilitical Sterilization with Silicone Rubber Plug Ⅱ.Investigation of oviductal mucosa by scanning electron microscopy

对曾接受过输卵管硅橡胶塞绝育术的１２只家兔，分别在取塞后的８周、３个月、６个月、９个月和２２个月，对其输卵管粘膜作了扫描电镜观察．发现其粘膜已经产生再生重建现象，粘膜皱襞饱满，皱襞上皮由纤毛细胞与分沁细胞相间构成，细胞界限清楚，纤毛细长、挺拔，或密集成束；分泌细胞顶端向外突出呈圆形，表面微绒毛大小不一、分布不均．显示上皮细胞结构已恢复正常．证明了可复性输卵管硅橡胶塞绝育术是安全的。

When the 12 rabbits operated sterilization with silicone rubber plugs had been removed the plugs for 8 weeks,3 months,6 months,9 months or 22 months,their oviductal mucosa was studied by scanning electron microscopy.The folds of oviductal mucosa having reconstructed were plump.The cilia on top of ciliated cells appeared dense,tall and straight.Among the ciliated cells,the secretory cells in various secretory phases could be noted,their dome shaped surface consisting of microvilli of various shapes and irregular size.The result showed that the structure of epithelia cells was normal.It was turned out that the sterilization with silicone rubber plug was safe and rever sibilitical.
