摘要
以常规早稻为样本,采用盆栽、亚硒酸钠供硒,原子吸收光度法检测.研究了水稻对硒的生物富集分布,结果显示:水稻对硒有一定的富集和较高的有机转化能力,水稻从土壤环境中吸收富集的硒大部分被转化成有机态,积累分布于全株,成熟时各器官中硒的分布依次为:根>剑叶>茎>叶片>(不含剑叶)>叶鞘>穗;水溶性生物大分子中硒的分布为:蛋白质>核酸>多糖;硒在蛋白质组分中的分布为:谷蛋白>球蛋白>清蛋白>醇溶蛋白.
The accumulation and distribution of in rice was studied with atomic absorption method.The results are as follows:The rice could bio accumulated and transformed into organ strongly for selenium.The most part of the selenium absorbed from soil was converted into organic form and distributed to a whole plant.The distribution of selenium in organs are root>flag leaf>stem>blade>leaf sheath>ear.The selenium content are Se protein>Se nucleic>Se polysaccharide in soluble biological macromolecules.The selenium content in different types of protein are gluletin>globulin>albumin>prolamine.
