Separation Method and SEM Observation of Tobacco Leaf Cells

比较研究了烟草叶片细胞分离条件及分离细胞制备扫描电镜观测样品的方法．成功地获得了烟草叶片的分离细胞．通过对不同部位叶片分离细胞进行电镜观察。

The separation conditions of tobacco leaf cells for SEM observation are investigated in detail in this paper.Isolated tobacco leaf cells are obtained successfully.Regular difference among the cells of leaves in different positions of a tobacco plant is observed with scanning election microscope.Results reported here will be able to provide valuable information for studying on the relationship between the cell structures and cell functions and for improving the quality of tobacco leaf.
