摘要
研究了以对氟硝基苯、丙酮和氢气为原料,在压力釜中进行加氢和烷基化反应,制备N-异丙基对氟苯胺的"一锅煮"新工艺.通过实验筛选出改性Pt/C催化剂,降低了催化剂主要成分Pt的含量.克服了原工艺步骤多、设备投资大,安全保护和防空气氧化难的缺点.并通过正交试验获得了生产工艺的优化条件.产品的收率可达97.5%,该工艺可实现清洁化生产.
One pot new process for the preparation of N-isopropyl-p-fluoroaniline has been investigated by hydrogenation and alkylation reactions,using p-fluoronitrobenzene,acetone and hydrogen gas as starting materials.Modified Pt/C catalyst has been chosen by experimental method and the content of Pt in the modified catalyst reduced.The disadvantages of the old process,including multisteps,large investment for equipments and the difficulty in safety production and prevention of the air oxidation,have been overcome. Optimum process conditions have been obtained by the orthogonal test and product yield of 97.5 % has been achieved. This process can achieve cleaner production.
