湖南人口发展与耕地的关系

Study on the Relationship Between the Development of Population and Cultivated Land in Hunan Province

湖南人多地少，宜在控制人口，保护耕地的同时，大力兴修水利，防治洪涝旱灾；积极稳妥地开发后备耕地资源，改良中低产田；发展生态农业，改善农村生态环境，以缓解人地矛盾。

The current coditions and questions of man and land in Hunan were discussed.In order to alleviate the contradition between man and land have hampered the economics development and people's living condition inhancement.Prompt the sustained development of rural economics,there are some tretegies have been put forward:contrel population and protect cultivated land,try the best to construct water consenancy works,prevent flood and contrel drought;cultivate the discultivated land resource,actively and steadily improve the land with middle and low yield,raise the per unit yield,develop ecologic agriculture,etc.
