摘要
在终身学习领域,能力取向的学习及其评估越来越受到重视。为了能够给终身学习技术系统提供能力取向的学习服务策略,特别是在终身学习技术系统实现能力评估与认证服务,本文对目前国内外基于学习技术系统的能力取向终身学习及其评估方面的研究现状进行了调查,调查的重点在能力定义、能力描述规范、能力建模、能力测评等。
In the field of Lifelong Learning, Competence-oriented Learning and assessment are gradually attracting the attentions of learner and educational institute. In this paper, the status of research on Competence-oriented learning was investigated, including Competence assessment and certification, so as to present insights of providing learning service for Competence-oriented lifelong learning, especially for the realization of Competence assessment and certification in the learning system. The investigation mainly focuses on the definition of Competence, Specification of Competence description, Competence Modeling and Competence assessment.
