摘要
对云南水稻品种花糯的广亲和性进行了遗传分析．在花糯与籼粳测验种的三交Ｆ１群体中，单株小穗育性和稃尖色均呈１∶１分离，有色单株的平均育性显著高于无色单株，小穗育性与分子标记ＲＧ２１３共分离．在花糯与携带Ｓｎ５的广亲和品种的单交Ｆ２群体中，单株小穗育性不分离．推测花糯的广亲和性具有明显的主基因效应，且主效广亲和基因与Ｓ５等位．
The genetic analysis and gene location for the wide compatibility of rice variety Huanuo from Yunnan Province was conducted. Both the spikelet fertility and apiculus color of plants was segregated with 1∶1 ratio in the three cross F 1 populations from Huanuo and indica tester and japonica tester. The spikelet fertility was correlated with apiculus color and with molecular marker RG213. The spikelet fertility of plants of F 2 populations between Huanuo and the wide compatibility varieties with S n 5 was not segregated. Therefore, we considered that the wide compatibility gene in Huanuo is allelic with S 5.
