摘要 实验以芴酮为原料,醋酸和发烟硫酸为反应介质,铁/碘为催化剂,直接溴代制备2,7-二溴芴酮。讨论了不同的反应介质、催化剂、反应温度和反应时间对产物收率的影响。实验结果表明,其最佳合成工艺条件为:当反应温度为120℃,反应时间为6h,催化剂用量为6%时,2,7-二溴芴酮的收率达到92.0%。以红外光谱(FT—IR)、核磁共振(^1H NMR)等对目标化合物的结构进行了表征。 With fluorenone as raw material, 2,7-dibromofluorenone was directly synthesized by bromination in the presence of acetic acid and absolute sulfuric acid as solvent and iorn/iodine as catalyst. The effects of solvent, catalyst, reaction time and reaction temperature on the yield of the product were investigated, and the synthetic reaction conditions were optimized. When reaction temperature was 110℃, reaction time was 6 hours, and the mass concentration of the catalyst was 6%, the yield of the product was 92.0%. The structure of the target compound was characterized by measurements of FT-IR , ^1H NMR.
