摘要
实验以甲醇和异戊烯为原料进行了醚化反应。比较了外循环取热固定床反应器、中间取热固定床反应器和催化蒸馏塔的的醚化效果,确定了不同反应器的优化工艺参数:固定床反应器的甲醇异戊烯摩尔比为2.0左右,外循环反应器的进口温度小于55℃,中间取热反应器的进口温度约60℃,催化蒸馏塔的塔釜甲基叔丁基醚质量分数小于25%,异戊烯总转化率大于94%。
The etherification of isoamylenes with methanol can be carried out in different reactors. The results in two fixed beds and catalytic distillation column-were compared. The total conversion of isoamylenes was above 94% under the following conditions: molar ratio of methanol to isoamylenes about 2.0 in inlet feed, inlet temperature low 55℃ for the first reactor and 60℃ for the second reactor. The optimal tertial amyl methyl ether (TAME) content at the bottom of the catalytic distillation column was below 25 %.
