和谐社会视角下的收入分配公平问题研究

Equity in Income Distribution:A Perspective of Social Harmony

解决我国社会生活中的公平问题,特别是实现收入分配公平是构建和谐社会的内在要求和重要保证。当前我国居民收入分配差距扩大,已经影响到和谐社会建构的进程,必须通过加快经济发展、深化分配制度改革、完善税收调控机制、健全社会保障体系等政策措施,逐步缩小收入差距。

Social harmony in China must be preceded by the solving of problems regarding equity and justice in social life,particularly in income distribution.As China s growing gap in its income distribution at present tends to undermine its social justice,stability and harmony,it is,therefore,necessary to narrow the gap by taking measures to accelerate its economic development,further reform its system of distribution,perfect its taxation policy and improve its social welfare system.
