温州民营企业的组织形态演变及其金融危机应对——兼论从人伦信用到契约信用的演变

Evolution of Structural Patterns of Private Businesses in Wenzhou in Response to Financial Crisis:From the Ethics-based Credit to the Contract-based Credit

温州民营企业在我国民营企业中占据相当比重,其最大的特色是以家族型结构作为经济组织的基本形态。随着温州经济的走向世界,温州经济组织形态正在逐渐演变,即由传统的血缘组织转变为地缘与业缘相结合的现代公民组织。该文通过追溯温州地域文化渊源,从人伦信用到契约信用逐渐转型的角度具体梳理了温州经济组织形态的演变过程,并结合当前金融危机背景,从温州商会和创业板上市两个方面阐述了温州经济组织对全球金融危机、经济形势变化的有效应对,以期对温州家族企业的组织形态演变做一个最新的观察和研究。

Taking up a considerable proportion of China s private economy,the private businesses in Wenzhou were for a long time characterized by a family-based business model.With more and more businesses joining in the international trade system,however,this traditional,kinship-based structural pattern has evolved into a modern,civics-based one that incorporates geographical and industrial interests.This paper,tracing the origin of local culture of Wenzhou,reviews the evolution of structural patterns of private businesses in Wenzhou ; putting the evolution in the current context of the international financial crisis, it expatiates, in terms of Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce and the listing of its start up board, on the quick responses by Wenzhou businesses to the international economic and financial upheavals, in expectation of offering a new perspective to the study in this regard.
