摘要 分析比较钢质管道内外涂层环氧粉末涂料性能的差异以及各自成型工艺,通过涂料性能和成膜工艺的异同点,提出钢质管道熔结环氧粉末内外同时成膜技术的可行性,以降低“先内后外”或“先外后内”工艺对已经成型外层(内层)环氧粉末涂层造成损坏。具有一定的推广价值。 Analyze comparison the difference of the outside & inside fusion bonded epoxy coating function the steel piping and each from model a craft, Pass the coating function with become the film craft of the different and similar order, Put forward the possibility that the steel piping fusion bonded epoxy outside inside the powder becomes the film technique in the meantime, to reduce the "inner person" or "goes after" Process on has external layer (inner layer) epoxy powder coating damage
