ICU机械通气患者肠内营养的应用探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨机械通气患者肠内营养治疗的效果。方法选择ICU进行机械通气的30例患者,随机分为肠内营养支持组15例(EN组)和肠外营养组15例(PN组),比较营养支持治疗前后两组患者血清白蛋白,血红蛋白及平均上臂肌围、肱三头肌皮皱厚度。结果机械通气患者通气前后血清白蛋白、血红蛋白和氮平衡增高(P<0.05),上臂肌围和肱三头肌皮皱厚度无显著差异(P>0.05)。机械通气时间明显缩短。结论正确合理的运用营养支持有助于机械通气患者的病情缓解和呼吸功能恢复,从而缩短住院时间,改善预后,提高治愈率,降低死亡率。 Objective To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition support in the mechanical ventilation patients. Methods ICU mechanical ventilation in 30 patients were randomly divided into group of 15 patients with enteral nutrition ( EN group) and parenteral nutrition group of 15 patients ( PN group), compared two groups of nutritional support before and after treatment in patients with serum albumin, hemoglobin and mean arm muscle eiremnference, triceps skin - fold thickness. Results Ventilation before and 'after mechanical ventilation in patients with serum albumin, hemoglobin, and nitrogen balance increased (P 〈 0. 05), ann muscle circumference, and triceps skin - fold thickness was no sig- nificant difference (P 〉 0. 05). Mechanical ventilation time significantly shortened. Conclusion For mechanically ventilated patients ,accurate and rational nutrition supports can relieve disease conditions and restore respiratory function ,and thus decrease hospital stay period ,improve prognosis.
