阐述一装配件的设计，应用优化理论，使产品质量优良、降低成本，显示优化设计的优越性。零件设计为要达到优化目的，首先应确定其设计的优化目标。这应由具体构件的用途或原有构件存在的问题来决定。

In this paper,the superiority of designing optimization has been expounded in the assembling of one part through the use of the theory of optimization,showing the part being of high quality,and the production costs being reduced.First of all the target of desing optimization of the part should be determined for the sake of fulfilling requirement of optimizing design,and then the target is decided by application of the concrete part or the defect of original part.
