金黄色葡萄球菌调节基因研究进展

摘要 金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)感染开始多在皮肤或伤口,随后入血并侵犯组织。一旦金葡菌存在于组织内,便产生大量细菌成分和分泌物,其中包括细菌表面相关蛋白黏附素、酶、外毒素和囊膜多糖等基因表达产物,引起在组织内的侵袭、破坏和免疫反应,而上述众多细菌产物基因表达受金葡菌调节基因的调控表达。随着2001年金葡菌基因组测序工作的完成,通讨对基因组的分析,
