摘要
本文论述了澳大利亚、欧洲和北美的医学教育模式。作者指出,医学教育的目标是培训优秀的医生,以便为维护个人和社会的健康服务。但是,为实现这一目标,各国所采取的方法是不同的。在过去30年中,各发达国家对医学教育模式已经进行了重大的改革。本文着重探讨了澳大利亚、欧洲和北美医学教育的理念,对利益共享者所做出的反应,课程模式和内容,以及教学方法、学生的评价和培训计划等。
This paper describes the medical models in Australia, Europe and North America. The author indicates that the goal of medical education is to train excellent Physician able maintain the health of individuals and communities, but the route to achieving has shifted over time. In the past 30 years, the models of medical education had been greatly changed in the developed countries. This paper emphatically discuss the philosophically vision in the medical schools in Australia, Europe and North America,responsiveness to stakeholders, curriculum models and delivery methods, assessment of trainees and training programs.
