摘要 利用2-巯基-5-取代-1,3,4-口恶二唑与一氯乙酸反应,合成了9种新的5-取代-1,3,4-口恶二唑-2-硫基乙酸。产物结构经元素分析和红外光谱确认。 novel 5 substituted 1,3,4 oxadiazol 2 yl thio acetic acids have been synthesized by the reaction of 5 substituted 1,3,4 oxadiazol 2 yl thio with monochloroacetic acid under the condition of methyl alcohol and potassium hydroxide.The stuucture of these compounds was determined by elemental analysis and IR.
