摘要
介绍了一种针对工业过程中常遇到的二阶纯滞后系统自整定PID控制器的设计方法。该控制器可实行在线辨识,自动整定控制参数,其结构简单、工作稳定、鲁棒性好。另外,对于一些复杂过程和严重非线性过程,在辨识过程不十分有效的情况下,运用一些专家规则,仍可使控制系统有较好的工作性能。
A method of designing the selftuning PID controller is introduced with the second order plus time delay plant model which is commonly used in the industrial process.Throughout the design of the hardware and software,the controller can realize on line identification and selftune the control parameters.The robust controller is simple in structure and works steadily.In addition,the control system has good working characteristics by using some expert regulations when the identification is not so effective for complicated processes and seriously non liner processes.
