金花葵籽油中脂肪酸组成的GC-MS分析 被引量:14

摘要 [目的]对金花葵籽油中脂肪酸的组成成分进行分析。[方法]以石油醚为提取剂,采用索氏提取法提取油脂,经KOH-甲醇甲酯化处理后,以气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术进行分析。[结果]金花葵籽油中共检测出6种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸量占68.91%。[结论]金花葵籽油中脂肪酸的主要组成是不饱和脂肪酸。 [ Objective ] The paper aimed to analyze fatty acids eomposition in seed oil of Hibiscus manihot L. / Method J The seed of Hibiscus manihot L. was extracted by Soxhlet extraction. The fatty acids in the oil were esterified by sodium hydroxide-methanol and then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). [ Result] 6 fatty acids were identified in the seed of Hibiscus manihot L. and the percentage of unsaturated fatty acids was 68.91%. [ Conclusion ]The main components were unsaturated fatty acids in seed of Hibiscus manihot L..
