西兰花籽中完形硫代葡萄糖苷的HPLC-MS-MS鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]建立一种简单、快速、经济的鉴定蔬菜中硫代葡萄糖苷的方法。[方法]用70%甲醇从西兰花籽中提取硫代葡萄糖苷,以甲酸作为离子调节剂,采用梯度洗脱的方法对提取物进行分离,并采用液相色谱-质谱-质谱联用技术对提取物成分进行鉴定。[结果]从西兰花籽中成功鉴定出8种硫代葡萄糖苷,其保留时间分别为5.9、7.7、8.8、9.5、13.6、16.0、19.3、28.6min,分子量分别为422、468、438、436、372、406、420、402;该鉴定方法所测样品不需经过脱硫等预处理,大大节省了试验时间,且样品需要量较少,试验效率较高。[结论]该研究建立了一种鉴定蔬菜中硫代葡萄糖苷的新方法。 [ Objective] The study was to establish a sample,rapid and economic identification method on glueosinolates in vegetables. [ Method ] The glueosinolates in broccoli seeds were extracted by 70% methanol,and the extracts were separated by gradient elution method with formic acid as regulator, and the compositions of the extracts were identified by HPLC-MS-MS. [ Result ] 8 kinds of Glucosinolate in broccoli seeds were successfully identified, and their retention times were 5.9,7.7,8.8,9.5,13.6,16.0,19.3,28.6 min resp. molecular weight were 422, 468,438,436,372,406,420,402. In this method, the samples did not need pretreatment (desuIfufization etc. ) , so the test time was greatly saved, and the requirement of sample was little with high test efficiency. [ Conclusion ] The study established a new identification method on glucosinolates in broccoli seeds.
