摘要
[目的]了解春性小麦在不同播种深度下抗寒生理特性的变化规律。[方法]以春性品种豫麦2号为试材,测定2、4、6、8cm不同种植深度其苗期和越冬期的抗寒生理指标,分析各指标变化规律与抗寒性的关系。[结果]细胞质膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、总糖(WSS)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、脯氨酸(Pro)含量整体都呈现上升趋势,但各播种深度下的变化不一致。[结论]播种深度影响小麦的抗寒性,以2~4cm的抗寒性最强,且幼苗生长较好。
[ Objective ] The variation principle of the physiological characteristics of the resistance of the spring wheat under the different so- wing depths to cold temperature was experimented. [ Method ] The spring wheat variety-Yumai No. 2 being taken as experimental material, the physiological indicators of the cold-resisting of the variety under the different sowing depth of 2, 4, 6 and 8 cm in seedling and over-wintering period was determined and the relationship between indicators and cold-resisting was analyzed. [ Result ] The cell membrane permeability, the content of malondialdehyde( MDA), the content of total sugar, the activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD), the activity of peroxidase( POD), the content of proline(Pro) showed an upward trend in the overall, however, the change was inconsistent with difference in wheat sewing depth. [ Conclusion] The wheat sowing depth affected its cold-resisting and the strongest resistance of wheat to cold was in the sowing depth of 2 -4 cm wit good seedling growth.
