摘要 [目的]观察龙眼多糖对大鼠游泳运动能力的影响。[方法]80只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为4组:对照组和龙眼多糖低、中、高剂量组(50、100、200mg/kg),连续给药7d后,每组取10只进行负重游泳试验,观察龙眼多糖对大鼠力竭游泳时间的影响;剩余大鼠负重游泳90min后观察血清尿素氮(BUN)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、乳酸、组织肝糖原和肌糖原的变化。[结果]大鼠给药7d后,与对照组相比,龙眼多糖能显著延长大鼠负重游泳时间,提高血清中超氧化物歧化酶水平,降低MDA的含量,降低运动后血清BUN和乳酸水平,同时显著增加大鼠肝糖原和肌糖原含量。[结论]龙眼多糖可能通过改善组织糖原储备及抗氧化作用提高大鼠游泳运动能力。 [ Objective ] The aint was to observe effects of longan polysaccharide on swimming ability of rat. [ Method ] 80 Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: 6ontrol group ,low ,middle and high dosage groups of longan polysaccharide (50,100,200 mg/kg). After continuous administration for 7 days, ten rats out of each group were trained into doing a weight-loaded swimming until they were exhausted ,and the time span was recorded as the sign of physical endurance. Changes of BUN, SOD, MDA,liver glycogen, muscle glycogen in residual rats were observed after weight-loaded swimming 90 rain. [ Result ] Compared with control group, longan polysaccharide could significantly prolong weight-loaded swimming time of rats, increase SOD activity, reduce the accumulation of MDA and lactic acid levels in serum,decrease BUN levels in serum,increase liver glycogen, muscle glycogen contents significantly. [ Conclusion ] Longan polysaccharides could enhance through improving organization of glycogen reserves and anti-oxidation.
