摘要
介绍了食用昆虫的价值、食用历史以及国内外竹虫的研究进展,分析了竹虫开发利用中存在的问题,并对竹虫的开发利用前景进行了展望。
The value,history of food-insect and research progress of Omphi.safuscidentalis Hampson at home and abroad were introduced,existing problems in the development and utilization were analyzed, and the prospect was forecasted.
